User Seats and Managed Apps can be allocated to a Sub Organisation from your top level Organisation. This allows granular control over your subscription and ensures it is used effectively and efficiently.
Step 1 - Organisation Management
From the Settings menu, select the Organisation Management section
From here you will be able to navigate around all organisations that you have created or that you are part of.
Step 2 - Select Your Organisation
Make sure you are currently working with your top level organisation.
If not you can select to switch organisations.
Step 3 - Select Seat & App Allocation
Click the Seat & App Allocation button from the right hand side of the Organisation Management page.
This will open the Seat and App Allocation screen/
Step 4 - Adjust Seat and App Allocation
You will now have a view of your top level organisation and the sub-organisations under it.
The amount of User Seats and Managed Apps is visible at the top of the page.
Owned: Indicates the amount of User Seats and Managed Apps your subscription entitles you to.
Assigned: Indicates the number of User Seats and Managed Apps assigned from your subscription to either your top level organisation or your sub organisation.
Used: Indicates the User Seats or Managed Apps in your subscription that are currently being used.
To adjust the amount of user seats and managed apps for an organisation and/or sub organisations use the up and down indicators.
Click the Save button when you have allocated the user seats and managed apps as required.
